This series of advanced Free Pilates Videos will take you through several advanced Pilates exercises.

Pilates exercises can be practised just about anywhere and can be learned very easily if you are so inclined. Remember always to warm your muscles up before you start by jogging gently on the spot or bouncing on a mini trampoline until you begin to feel a warm glow through your body.

Watch, learn and practise the correct way to do such exercises as the “100’s” and the “Double Leg Stretch”, using these videos. By watching these videos through a few times and imitating closely, you can learn a range of exercises that will rapidly improve both your strength and your flexibility.

The Pilates program was designed to strengthen an individual's body core (which consists of the abdominal muscles, lower back muscles, hip flexors, and gluteus muscles area) in order to prevent possible back pain, as well as contributing to good spinal alignment, better posture and breathing control.
