Pilates wunda chair demonstrations


The Pilates Wunda chair, also called the Pilates Chair,

Wunda Chair or Stability Chair, is a very versatile piece of exercise equipment.

And don't let the name "chair" fool you either because you won't necessarily always do a sit-down workout.

Exercises can be done by pressing down on the steps with arms or legs.

More than 75 exercises can be performed on the Chair. You can start out with a basic Wunda Chair, then add optional handles and a High Back later as your exercise programs progress to more advanced workouts.

This piece of equipment concentrates primarily on the buttocks, lower back, transverses abdominals, shoulders and pelvic region.
